Refund policy

WINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return wine. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, wine must be unopened and in sellable condition (i.e. no damage to the label, glass, capsule, or gift box where applicable).

Wine purchased from the LCBO must be returned to the LCBO. We do not accept returns of wine purchased from the LCBO at the winery. View the LCBO return policy here.

If your item was purchased at the winery or henryofpelham.com and you believe it is defective, please email order@fwmcanada.com.

In order to confirm the defect, you’ll need to drop your item off at our retail store or mail it to: 1469 Pelham Road, RR#1, St. Catharines, ON, L2R 6P7, Canada.

To complete a return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return merchandise. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Event Tickets (after the date of the event)
  • Food Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank and credit card provider this could take several days. If your original method of payment is not refundable for any reason, we will transfer the amount to a gift card.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If we have approved your refund and you have not received it within a reasonable amount of time, please contact your credit card company followed by your bank. Please note that there is often processing time before a refund is posted and the length of time varies by institution. If you have followed these steps and your refund is still outstanding, please email order@fwmcanada.com and we’ll investigate.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card for the amount of the item will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more in Ontario and $35 flat rate shipping on orders of $200 or more everywhere else we ship in Canada.

To return your product, you can mail it to: 1469 Pelham Road, RR#1, St. Catharines, ON, L2R 6P7, Canada or visit us onsite at our Wine Store. You are responsible for covering shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
